hi all just purchased an xbox system with bundle of two games: starwars and tetris in one and also i got the 2 month free subscription on it too anyone knoe what version that is and what modchips i can use that is solderness or easy to solder any help would be appreciated
go check on www.xbox-scene.com then click on the Version tab then when you find your version come back with the version number and I'll let you know about which chip is best for you!
nope Ive tried that and it says I'll have to open my xbox up and then know what version it is but, I just recently bought it with the tetris star wars bundle from bestbuy, Thanks anyway If anyone knows what version that xbox is please help me out and tell me what version that is
If you had looked carefully you'd have found a link to this site http://xbox-linux.sourceforge.net/docs/versionsfinding.html read this well and it will tell you what version you have based on the serial number and manufacturing date. If the table says Unknown then it is probably a 1.5 or if the manufacturing date is of late August 2003 or newer then it's a 1.5
