how do i change my video setting from pal to ntsc (i some how changed it to pal and now my tv has moving lines and it's in black and white)
Go into the system utilites and you should see somewhere down there it says PAL. You should change that to AUTO if your dashboard supports it, if not just change it to NTSC.
