i was playing again running from my hard drive and the game froze on me so as you do i turned it off. I turned my xbox back on, and it wouldn't load. The hard drive just ticks over, the after about 3 seconds the hard drive loads up. but the screen is blank. I loaded the M$ dash up and it says "Your Xbox requires service" . So I took my xbox apart, And found the BT point came off. so i soldered it back on carefully. but still didn't fix it . i Reload the normal M$ Dash up. And the Support thing went away. but i put a CD in the Drive and it thinks it is an audio Disk and brings the xbox media player up. I don't think ive missed anything out that happened. Want to know anything else just ask. Does anyone have any ideas how i can fix this please ? Much appreaciated for any of your time Thank you.

the only think i can think of doing Because im having to do it to see if it will fix my problem is get a auto installer(AID or Slayers) And re-install the dash to see if it will fix the problem.
Try to remove your HDD, put it to your PC, make a backup of your savegames (TDATA and UDATA) and the C: drive and format all the drives. Then you install evox on your xbox using the slayers evox auto installer.
i worked out when i put slayers in, my HDD is fucked up. (All them saves gone) And the dude above me is right do it that way
