xbox360 keeps on freezing after getting a new logic board

heya i have just fitted a new PCB/logic board on my hitachi drive since unfortunately the original PCB board got bricked. anyway i have fitted the new PCB board in and the drive said now it is a 46 hitachi drive instead of a 47 so i put on my drive key along with the 46 firmware since thats what the board has changed it to. and now everytime i go to play on the xbox, the xbox freezes after 5-10 mins and then i cant turn it on because the red rings appear after, but leaving it for a while i am able to turn it on.

is the problem because possibly the wrong firmware could be on the drive even though the PCB board is saying that the drive is a 46 instead of a 47?

i havent had any problems before this change of the PCB board
