xbox360 modchip vs flashing the HD

$60 games are too exspendsive to scracth.I'm wanta know if it's better to buy a premodified xbox360 with a modchip vs buying one and flashing the HardDrive.Do have to swap disc With a modchip?

 

think you need to do some serious reading as you dont flash your hard drive,its the dvd drive that gets flashed.i would personally just flash the drive as its cheap to do and not too hard if you read and read all the guides you can find.

 

With the modchip do you still have to swap the DISC.

modchip does the same darn thing as flashing the dvd drive.

but why go with modchip? cost $$$ too much and many people have issues with modchip.

flash firmware is cheap => no cost! just research and read.

if you don't want to search or read, then cough up the money and have a modchip install.

agree with above. Save you money and flash it.
That way with the extra money you can buy upgrades like a new case, Talismoon fan upgrade, faceplates and such.
