Hello, This is my second time upgrading a the xbox HD and this time i got stuck while using xboxhdm. I got my eeprom from /E/backups/eeprom/backup/ and made my iso. when i ran xboxhdm and tried to lock the xbox i got an error telling me that the eeprom.bin could not be found. I tried to show it the path, but it still did not work. I don't have a floppy drive so i can not put the eeprom on there. I tried to make the EEPROM.BIN file lowercase but it would not stay lowercase. So, i dont know what the problem is. Please help
Here is what I did to ensure I had the correct eeprom. Since you are modded already, backup the eeprom. Go to the file structure with whatever your favourite program is and check the date of the eeprom file you think is the correct one. Since you just backed it up, it should be todays date, that is the one I would use as my eeprom file for xboxhdm's eeprom folder.
