When you open the make-iso-win.bat file the command prompt should open and say it is making the iso, listing percents every little while, it may take a while. Does anything show up in the command prompt or is it blank?

I had no trouble using xboxhdm on XP. What does it say at the top, you may just have to wait a while.

you have to wait say.. 5-7 seconds for the program to start. then it is a very slow process but it eventually gets down.

just wait a bit. It has to crank through.

also. can anybody tell me why a 2 gig or 1 gig can't be formated on FATX? They are old (about 5-6 yrs), so that might impact it.

    Thanks.
