First timer that knows nothing. If you have a dvdrom drive and a dvd writer drive. When the software says insert movie do you put it in rom drive or writer drive? If I put it in writer drive keep getting error codes. If I put it in rom drive it supposedly copies but, when I put the blank disk in the writer drive it copies for about 3 minutes then says error and freezes up so nothing works????
