xecuter 2.3 lite problems w/ red/green flashing after 3 reboots need help.

I have a xbox v. 1.5 and i installed the chip(xecuter 2.3 lite) successfully w/ pin headers. at first my screen was black and my cd tray opened... then i created a bios disk of xecuter 2.4977 bios w/ 500 mb dummy file... i did its thing then shut down...when i start back up i get the same red/green slahing after 3 reboots....but when i disable the chip it boots normal...how can i fix this problem some 1 help me please.

 

me and him did the same thing but i have a v 1.1 and we both have the same problem now we dont know wut to do can we delete the old flash that we did and install a new one or no ??
