Xecuter x3ce step by step

I'm about to purchase this mod for my 360. The only thing I want to do is to be able to play backup 360 games on my system. Could someone please explain in A simple and easy to follow step BY STEP FASHION what I need to do and what files I need once I’ve installed the mod. I've done some searching ion this topic, but I see a lot of conflicting and highly confusing information on this subject thanks.
