xenon jtag help

Hi guys
I got a xenon i want to jtag using a Universal JTAG Adapter, I got all the wires rdy ect but what programs I need? i read the tutorial but some programs or files they talk about i dont see them, i got the xbins file, what I do with that ? put it in the folder or put into a cd as a .bin? thats the only part i dont get, what programs I use and all the files I need
