hi all, i downloaded xilisoft video converter with the license code, after i successful register, my firewall ask accepte or deny program get access to their data base,unfortunately i allowed it, now the program doesn't work at all, the convert bottom won't highlight for me to click on it, tried the REGISTRY CRAWLER, won't delete all, un-installed and re-installed, still won't work at all, any suggestions and ideas really appreciated.
thanks for reply, unfortunately my 6 years old computer won't do system restore, don't know why, maybe i should look for a really good registry cleaner software
Sounds as if you need some help with your PC. Beyond that, perhaps you have a licensing issue with xilisoft ? I would contact the company and see what they suggest.
And your computer is Windows or Mac? And check your software is compatible with Windows or Mac? Windows software is not compatible with Mac, and Mac software is not compatible with Windows
