Reading an earlier forum I gathered that I could backup my original X-Box games(dvd-r) by using only Xiso and nero and without the need to us the X-box itself. I have downloaded X-iso but cannot figure it out at all, Is there a better way ?? or (given the web site is spanish) could someone give me a few pointers plllllllleeeeease.
    cheers

you need a modded xbox to read the original and use evox dash to ftp files to your pc then use xiso to make a ISO then burn with nero.
to make a backup of your own original.

There is no way to backup your games without using the xbox itself.

After you get evox on your xbox you need to ftp into your xbox using FlashFXP or whatever. Actually, put the game disc in first then ftp into your xbox. Once you are in there, go to the D drive and copy everything from there into a folder on your PC. Then, take the folder and use Xiso to make an .iso file. Then, burn with Nero.

And then when you have it and your back up on disk doesn't work cause you used Xiso which is the shittiest program to make an iso with, it will give you probs sooner or later.. use GDFImage or Craxtion
