Xkey error on 360 "sk fail r"

    Not sure what is wrong. I have looked everywhere. My xkey will load a game then after the intro where you pick saved game or new game it freezes then states "sk fail r". It happens on all games new and old. Does anyone know what is wrong. going to recheck all connections inside but would like to know if i need to order anything before more games come out. Thanks.

    only what i read, but someone had this problem and was suggested to update the fw on the xk3y
