    i know i should search but i got the money to buy 2 one for me and my son,is it easy to install? i have to hdds with isos ready to play any advice?

    super easy. Get the wifi dongle as well if you can. You just need a dump of your FW.

    Yes, you can. It's unknown whether or not M$ can detect this for possible future banwaves. The same can be said for hacked firmware.
