Xlink Kai Help

Hey does anyone know how to connect your xbox to the Xline Kai in system link because mine is not connecting.

 

do you know how to ftp?

 

if the ftp works then xlink will work. if not, xlink will not work.

 

I fogot that you have mod xbox or non mod xbox? if it is non mod, you can't do ftp.

 

I have a modded xbox and all I have to do is start FTP?

actually, ftp is to setup IP on both xbox and PC. So pc can talk to xbox. When pc can talk to xbox, then xlink can take your xbox to internet.

When you are done with ftp, then we will go on,.

 

well my modded dashboard says start FTP and stop FTP. Do I just have to push start it or do I have go and connect it to my comoputer. If I have to connect it to my computer can I do it wirelessly or do I have to get one of thos cables.

Pc config:
IP add: 192.168.1.100
subnet: 255.255.255.0
gateway: blank

Xbox config:

IP add: 192.168.1.101
subnet: 255.255.255.0
gatway: 192.168.1.100 (same as pc ip)
using a static ip

connect pc to xbox using crossover cable or hub or router

open flashfxp type in
ip 192.168.1.101
port 21
pass xbox
user xbox

then click connect

ok you got ftp works. I want to know how do you connect xbox to pc and pc to internet.

did you create an account with Xlink? if not, then create one.
Install the xlink, then load it up. enter username and pass to connect. you are on Xlink now.

 

Ok I have the wireless adapter for xbox. I have a xlink account and I downloaded and covered everything. I just basically dont know how to work FlashFXP and how to put in the IP and everything
