XMedia Recode and lagging subtitles

    You can set an offset directly in Media Player Classic

    1. Re-download .srt subtitle
    2. load the subtitle to the text
    3. open your movie, find the exact time of spoken word and remember the speaking time
    4. edit the timing on the text.
    5. re-load the .srt subtitle to your movie.

    Note: if you have no idea on how to edit srt subtitle file in text, you can google. There are dozens of free online subtitle adjust tools that are able to adjust subtitle timing and sync subtitle with your video.
