Any one had any luck with this have tryed twice now and no luck. The disk looks like a dual layer has a gold colour tint but when you copy the contents via flashfxp it copies 1,535 gb or around that area. Used xiso after which I have not had one game fail on me yet and I have done a good 20+ games till now anyway. Tryed running from xbox hdd just resets the xbox burn to disk and this done the same thing I have not tryed patching yet was going to give it a try during lunch break.
Could be a combination of 3 things. Xiso is not the best program and may have met its match, You maybe right about the dual layer business or you may need to flash a new bios through your console depending on which one you have now.
Hey ozy, stop helping other people, you're supposed to be helping me, you promised.. I'm going to tell my mum on you.
I had the same problem when I was trying to copy the original game directly to my xbox. It would copy all the files to the F drive, but when I selected the game off of my games menu it just brought me back to the evox menu. They told me that the newer games that just came out need to be patched or you have to download the new bios and put it on your xbox. That's all I know, patching is another world for me.
I am having the same problem I copied it the first time and It would not work the evo 6 bio. Then I flashed my chip with the Xecuter2 4976.02 color bios. It does not jump back to the orgonal screen like the first bio but just keeps try to reed it with a blank sceen. I am still unsure how to patch a game
Guys! if you go into the xbox-scene site, download the xbepatch tool. This file is in MS dos format. what u do is grab the default.xbe file from your game and drag it onto this patch tool. You should end up with a small black screen with alot of white dots which will only appear for a second or two. You could also drag the entire iso file (prior to burning)onto this xbetool and it will do the same thing, only it will take a bit longer. Once your done you should be left with one default.xbe file and one default.bak file. Drag the xbe file back to the game menu. Thats it!
Deb, are u sure you have a network card installed in your computer? probably a silly question, thought I'd just ask anyway.
I figured it out I just patched it with copyhunter patch before I made an Iso to the defult file. It works fine.
Has anyone been able to patch the .xbe file for the game Run Like Hell? If so what did you do please?
