XP does not find my burner

    Hey all, I'm new to the world of burning but am having difficulty with XP not finding my burner. Its the Benq DV400A. BIOS sees it. Any suggestions?

    I got it, forgot to change ide ribbon to ide plugin from the raid. Now all I have to do is get XPRESS working, one problem at a time i guess.

    Got to agree with Oriphus, dvd shrink simple to use and will confirm drive is working as it should b4 you start to play around with different software.
