Xpert DVD Maker USB Adapter ... need help please

    Had no problem installing the adapter but when I open Power Producer Gold, there is no video/audio. (I have also tried other programs)

    I have an Emerson DVD/VHS player connected to my computer with the Xpert Adapter.

    Device Manager is showing the adapter is installed and working properly.

    Not sure where to go now, after all the things I have tried. Does anyone have this type of adapter and could help me troubleshoot my problem?

    Have you gone into the Capture settings and selected the Device as your Video Source???

    According to the program .. I have selected a VCR that is connected thru an S-Video connection. But the video does not come thru. The program sees the device, but no video signal comes thru.
