Yamaha RX 396

Hello

I moved to a new place so i had to unhook my stereo system, when i hooked it up again I am not getting any sound from my speakers, I am getting sound from my TV speakers
I hooked the RCA red and white cable up, one end to the receiver AUX and the other end to the audio out of the TV, i have a Yamaha RX396 and a Toshiba 40 inch TV

Any suggestions

Making the TV volume louder did not make a difference

 

wither do you think the issue is with the receiver settings

 

I'm time limited at the moment so I didn't do a review but, I don't think that was the final solution.

 

Thank you all for your help i discounted all my speakers and re-hooked them , some wires were loose, all good now
