Yes, NERO is the best one

    I share opinion that NERO is the best program easy to transform of AVI to VCD or SVCD.

    I'll admit its easy to use but maybe not the best for encoding.

    Nero is well Know for Being one of the Worst Quality encoders...It is easy to use because it takes nothing to set it up which is also it"s biggest weakness..Actually Quality wize Tmpgenc is well know as being one of the best at Mpeg1/VCD Encodeing and so is Canopus procoder and Panasonic Mpeg encoder..
