I was trying to backup Spun and it quit about 70% of the way through. Said my D: drive couldn't be located or something. Since I got my burner my PC has been notorious for just losing track of the D: Drive (DVD-Rom) and my E: Drive (the burner) and it won't pick them up again til I restart my PC but anyway....I thought it might be a scratched/dirty disc so I clean the disc and bring it back to check and I no longer have the ability to check or uncheck options under the Quality Settings or Burn Settings tabs. What is going on?

Along with not being able to click anything on or off on those two tabs I now have an option underneath Space Available in Folder that says Create VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS subfolders

Can you be a bit more detailed in what and how you are trying to process the DVD.

Are you using Shrink, Decrypter etc? Do you rip to hd first or just using shrink or nero?

Before I recently downloaded SP2 for XP I didn't have too many problems with anything at but since downloading it everything started getting screwy so I restored Windows and redownloaded Shrink and Nero. Before the XP SP2 incident I had succesfully burnt about 125 discs with no problem at all using the same method, AnyDVD in the background, Shrink to encode and Nero to burn.

UPDATE: I don't need help any longer. I figured it out, it was somehow changed to create DVD files with Hard Disk Folder instead of my burner and Nero when it quit recognizing my D: Drive. I changed it and all the options are back.
