yo what kind of dvd is best for backing up ps2 games

    hey what kind of dvd brand i best for backin up ps2 game can any 1 tell me .

    Taiyo Yuden, non-cakebox (higher quality imho)

    Those are the two best brands. If you can't find them (why not?) then go with any DVD-R that is NOT CMC MAG or store brand/generic. Some Sony DVD-R packs have Taiyo Yuden (made in Japan, not Taiwan) but you can never be 100% sure unless opening the pack.

    Tokijin's FAQ on Burning your Discs will give you all the info you need to know. Always burn the media at the slowest speed supported by the media/DVD burner. Close all running programs. Log off teh Internutten. Those are a few tips that I remember. And oh yeah
    Only fools use CMC MAG
