Hi ppl. Heres the scoop: I have a Youtube video that I want to burn onto a DVD. I already have the video saved on my computer in a format called .flv. I was then told that I need to decode the .flv file into an AVI file in order to transcode and burn it using Nero. However, I can't seem to locate a program that converts the video to an AVI file - can someone help me?
C'mon, was it that hard to google ".flv to .avi converter"? 7.8M hits in .20 sec and here is the first one. http://www.onlyfreewares.com/Audio-Video/Video-Converters/Free-FLV-to-AVI-Converter.php Description: "Pazera Free FLV to AVI Converter is the freeware application which convert Flash Video files (FLV, SWF) into AVI or MPG (MPEG-1, MPEG-2). "
No it wasn't hard at all. I come on this forum for help because I am new to this stuff and thought I might be missing something. I prostrate myself before you and beg your forgiveness!
Nothing wrong with being a newbie. However, these kinds of questions are asked everyday on this forum, and within one or two pages of old posts, you'll find the answer. The same questions over and over again, and the constant spam is harming this forum.
