zipping a dvd?

    I have a home video that is 3.65 gbs in size and would like to rip it onto my pc...zip it and then send it to a friend, how would I go about doing this? put into a ISO then zip it?

    Why zip it?

    Winrar does a much better job. I would rip to HD using DVD Decrypter ISO mode.

    Ok
    Will Decrypter make an ISO? and then I winrar it? Do you happen to know how much it will compress?

    not much compression at all...

    It just makes it easier to send via bittorrent.
