I am lost here,what would be a good "easy" to run place I can work with a simple website(o tis own host hosting most/all the files) for comments and a general form. Using Coffeecup site designer to build my site,as well as their menu builder.
I really don't know about hosting servers, I was just trying to give you some other options on which type of board you go with. All of them probably have excellent support and hack resources for updating and modifying easily, but the only one I'm familiar with is phpbb I'm afraid.
