My PC kept giving me an error message of "Drive 1 not found:Serial ATA-SATA-2" - so i bought a new hard drive, installed it, and am now trying to reinstall XP using the Re-installation CD. I was monkeying around with the system setup before i bought a new hard drive...so NOW, when I reinstall the XP, i get it all working again, then i restart the computer-and i get the same error message as when i first started :( I dont know what i'm doing wrong. DID i change something in the set up so it doesn't "take" the XP installation? Please please help. I have run the installation CD like 6 times and when i do get the computer running back like normal and reinstall other software, once i hit restore, i get that black screen again with the same message of :"Drive 1 not found:Serial ATA-SATA-2" . THANKS
