Can anyone tell me the requirements to move up on this site?
I joined years ago. And have commented more times than I can count. (which may not be too high considering I'm just a Newbie)

Thanks guys! I appreciate the info.
It was because I primarily post in the news forum.

lads it does not matter if you are a newbie or an addict once we all help out in one way or another!
but yes veyron it can be fustrating when you are a member for so long and still at the same status
as im sure it says in the posts above all you need is 25 consecutive posts to up your status

It took 3 years i think before becomming a senior member, mind you i only do around 3-6 posts a day,to be brutally honest wanting to know wben this when that on member title is nothing more than being concerned with post count..get over it

scorpNZ i totally agree with what you say,
but its just fustrating if you are a newbie for a few years as veyron is, and you want to do 2 post and then the big banner comes across the screen saying newbies only allowed 1 post every 3 minutes.

lmao..i don't recall having the 1 post every three min's as a noob, reason is my first reaction is to tell the person what i think of them then i calm down & rewrite a couple more times till it's just about right

scorp, that happened about 3 or 4 yrs ago to cut down on the spammers except for the determined ones. just after i was made a mod, i banned a spammer who had about 50 posts in different forums on this site.
