I have a chinese spoken movie with no subtitles. Normally I wouldn't even bother with movies that are not english or enlish subtitleds. Up until now I haven't concerned myself with subtitles, but I want to see and enjoy this one (Blind Detective). bottom line, I'm looking for for the how-tos on finding andimporting subtitles and subsequently integrating the subtitles into the movie. I respecfully asked that whatever advise you provide, be in simple laymen's terms
This site lists some English subs for that title: http://subscene.com/subtitles/blind-detective-man-tam You have to figure out which of the available sub files is timed to match the dialog. Example might be that the subtitles may be from a bluray and your video is a DVD version which may have different scenes cut out or added. As for integrating the subs, that depends on what type of video you have (AVI, MP4 etc).
