It may be copy protected. If that is the case you could always audion capture. There have been 2 threads mentioning audio capture replied to in the last two weeks. One was on AAC files.

I tried All Capture applications and also CD Extractors,Rippers etc as the Files are not able to recognize as Audio formats,anyway I made an Image of the CD as it plays on my comp, here are the files listed on the CD, they show as-:

Read the last page or 2 in the almost 700 entries that discuss capturing an AAC file. Yours is a propriatary format and can't be converted. However it can be captured, which is what you will have to do.
