Damn it! I let my friend borrow my laptop. However, I didn't know he installed illegal stuff in my laptop. After I discovered, it was already too late to fix. He downloaded the internet download manager and installed it. He told me that he cracked it and unfortunately the damn internet download manager detected that the crack damn serial number is fake. Then it just keep popping up, saying that the internet download manager has detected a fake serial number. No matter how I tried, it just keep popping up. Unless you delete it and never use it. If you wanna use it and re-install it. The damn message just keeps popping up. It is so annoying. My question is whether there is any way to get rid of it?
Buy a registered copy/serial number and make the instal legit or uninstall it, run a registry cleaner and forget you ever had it. Seems like the best way to me. Use Firefox for your browsing as that has a nifty download manager as does Opera.
Also with this problem. You should know that right crack version works pretty well once you crack it correctly. Anyway, I have been using internet download manager for a couple weeks. It is jus a cracked version which was done by one of my friends. However, it worked fine until tonight and it just detected the serial number is the crack one, and just keeps asking for a real serial number or for registration. My question is if there is anyway to eliminate it and make it usable again without any registration?
As cracking any software is piracy, and piracy is strictly frowned upon here at Ad, the answer is NO!!! The only way to sort your problem out is by taking my first advice. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_jump.cfm/368469/2193460
