    Here is what we could do. Make the first post person incharge of updating it. So if it ever goes out of date, a quick update will fix the list.

    Frankly I believe I saw something similar to that in the Dream Machine thread...the biggest draw back to that...is the continual price fluctuations...The Best Bang for the Buck...changes every single day...

    Sounds like a reasonable idea. That is, of course assuming the OP doesn't leave the site.

    Ah but that does not change the hardware, only price(but i see where youre coming from as in ne whardware being the same price as before its older part). Just gotta input the new price on the guide.

    Well good for you. As long as you think that's the case, then nothing else matters.

    Rob to avoid the questions of 1066 working or not just get this stuff instead. :) link

    I don't think you'll utilize DDR2 1066 anyway. ;) Once you build this thing you won't be able to believe the "speed" in which you can do things. ;) You should be able to do everything you wanna do with 2GB RAM. The speed of the processor is going to be more important than memory for your uses. Remember the mobo and cpu combo you're looking at will get you plenty of speed and make sure you get a GOOD cpu hsf!!!

    abuzar can you change that pic to a link. You're messing with the page you silly man.... :p

    @Cincy
    The PC-8500 will work with your board...so...if its a good brand...at a good price...get it...

    I kind of get the felling your Not going to be a Big OCer...so...the PC-8500 stock setting will give you a boost over the PC-6400 stock settings...and if you do want to OC...the PC-8500 will give you the extra headroom...
