what version is my ps2

looked on the form and couldnt figure it out here is the serial f u 0 9 9 0 6 5 it has the hazard sign on the bottom and 8 screws on the bottom. the model # is scph-30001 R . and the # under the bar code is PT309990651 thanks

thanks i found out it is a version 4 i think because it has no screws in the expansion bay so will i need a mod chip for my ps2 to watch copied dvd movies.
