Hi all! I've been trying for several days now to transfer video from my camcorder to my computer. The problem is that the computer doesn't seem to regonize the camcorder. The camcorder is in player mode with USB Streaming on. My OS is Win XP and I've tried both USB:s on the computer. It doesn't connect either with Picture Packaging or Movie maker. Does anybody have an idea?
i too have the same problem with my dcr-hc14e it detected new hardware but at the end it did not find whatever it needed to run the camera!i have tried to find drivers disconnected the firewall!but to no avail please anyone offer any help ? Paul
