help convert home video into DVD

    Hi,

    I have video from super 8 camera that I am able to save to my hard drive via ATI Wonder card. When I burn them to a DVD I loose audio and DVD will not play in anything but a computer...I feel like I'm halfway ther but cant figure out what I need to fix...Does the video need to be converted to some format I don't know? WHat happened to the audio?

    Hi freshbenz, welcome to aD -

    Well without knowing a whole lot more I can't even venture a guess.

    Maybe you could tell me what format your Hi-8 stuff is in when it's on your HD ?

    Also, can you play it when it's on your HD and if so, is your audio there ?

    Perhaps with that we can progress a bit more -
