When I use DVD2OneX and set the output to DVD+/-RW and burn it on Toast, I get an insufficient room message (yes, I have set Toast to Data).

The message is "2301433 (4.4 GB) needed.
    2298496 (4.4GB) available"

So I have to set a custom size. Without experimentation, I found that 4400 MB works. Any idea why the default output from DVD2OneX is apparently a little bit too big to burn on a standard DVD?

What is the maximum custom size I can select and burn it on Toast?

Happens now and then. Just change it to 4200 or something like that for this disc then change it back for your next one.

Thanks mediaguru. I have left it at 4200. It just takes too darn long to process the files twice.

I have been using Sony DVD-R. You would think with Sony, that I would not have this problem. I just got a big spindle of Memorex. It will be interesting to see if the problem goes away with the Memorex.

I do believe it is the overall media size that is the issue. One may be a few blocks bigger perhaps.
