xenium ice (FRAG) I am a newbee and installed the chip as directed.

    I am getting Flashing red and green on the eject button. I am using the soderless adapter. I cleaned the contact points with rubbing alcohol but still get the red and green flashing. I believe I have version 1.5 of the X-box. I saw a thread that stated I need to install the 2 extra wires that came with my kit. Should I be looking at the tv for more codes.

    Any help would be appreciated..

    the official xenium chip site/forum would be more helpful...

    the problems I know that causes frags would be..

    1)bad contact points(pins)
    2)bad DO contact

    I serious do not recommended solderless...as it is very unreliable

    Thanks for the reply! From everything I have read, it appears to be bad contacts. I will simply soder it..
