DVD drive not recognized

    I've downloaded DVD Shrinks. Once I tried to open disc, neither of my DVD drive's were available. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Real new to this, but I just bought a BTC DVD+/-R/RW Writer and downloaded DVD Shrinks from the advice of a co-worker.

    Just another suggestion, check around here - we're loaded with info - it's the very first thread in this forum, the "search" function and in guides like those in our "Guide section" (the top of every page -)

    Do your drives show up on your computer at all? Or is it just in DVD Shrink?
