burning eyetv to mac

    Hi,

    I have a eyetv 200. I have recorded a movie that is 2 hours 45 minutes long. The mpg that it is in has a bitrate that is too high to copy to dvd, so I need to recompress it. Are there any mac tools for doing this?
    I can save the movie in many different formats, but obviously to much conversion will kill the quality.

    Can anybody help me?
