I've got a 6-disc collection of a TV series on DVD9 discs that I wish to backup without compressing any video or removing any extra audio and subtitle tracks.

I tried copying one of the original discs to my computer using DVD Decrypter, then using DVD-Lab to import the original VOB files and burn a DVD+R with 4 episodes and custom menus. I've run into a few problems though:

    1) The subtitle streams seem to have been dropped from the VOBs entirely.
    2) I can switch between the different audio tracks while I'm watching, but I would like to incorporate audio (and subtitle) selection into the menus.

I use DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, TMPGEnc, and DVD-Lab. Can any of these do the job or do I need to seek out something else?

Use dvdshrink. Open disc and backup straight to your cd instead of the HD first.

How can I incorporate menus into the backup if I use DVD Shrink?
