Ok. So I used MTR to extract a certain set of chapters from an episode series. Here's what I got back:

    TITLE_(CH1-25)_EN.AC3
    TITLE_(CH1-25)_JA.AC3
    TITLE_(CH1-25)_EN-SUBPIC1.SPC
    TITLE_(CH1-25).m2v
    VIDEO_TS

This should be the english and japanese title sets with english subs (VIDEO_TS is empty). But how do I put this together into a burnable image? Also, what's the deal with Sizzle? What kind of files is it expecting when you remaster a dvd?

These are the elementary streams. You'd need sizzle or dvdstudio pro to remux them. I'd rip the whole disc and then use dvd2onex and select a titleset instead. You wouldn't need to remux.
