compressing downloaded files

    i have a bunch of downloaded files i want to try to put on disk
    but all of the wmn,avi,mpeg files are really big ..can i use
    dvd2onex for this. i tried but couldnt figure it out. is there
    other compression sofware i need? nevermind I just have to
    learn to read better.. sorry for the silly post..he he he

    Hi Sarah, I was having a similar nightmare but finally someone told me how this is done. If you have taost, go to mount disk image on the files you want to compress, once that is done compress it with mac the ripper, then use dvd2one, you can then drop the file into toast and it will burn the disc for you, I really hope this helps
