    Hi everyone,
I have no idea what happened to my computer but I'll start from the beginning. I burned DVD from my hard drive. I totally forgot about this and came back about after two hours later. The burned DVD was ready and I did have some message on screen but I simply clicked "Cancel" or "exit" button without even reading this message. Sorry, that was stupid. Then I inserted a new DVD disk and tried to burn another movie. Now after clicking start burning movie I've had the message that my program (DVD Cloner II) has error. I tried different DVD disks, .. same result. I tried to open Nero program and I could not... don't know why. What I did? The first thing what I did, I tried to uninstall Nero and install again. It's kinda worked. Now I could open Nero, but when I tried to burn DVD using DVD Cloner II I have message "Burning failed". So, I did checked the recorded movie, I can watch it on computer. So I think the problem is in DVD burner or in DVD Cloner. Please help me.

    gvrz9,
We really could use the computer specs and especially the type(model #) of burner and what brand of blank media you are using.
I really believe the program you purchased is a knock-off of DVDShrink (free)
One of our members Veblin responded in another thread about this: Info below:

DVD Cloner II is a rip of DVD Shrink. It always has been. It is just a program with a GUI that runs DVD Shrink hidden and then burns the files that DVD Shrink makes. And if DVD Cloner II crashes you will see that DVD Shrink is there.

A picture of a crash showing that DVD Shrink was in fact encoding hidden in the background.

Hi, I have Windows XP, Pioneer 108 (not sure) burner, and using Taiyo Yuden DVD+R. I used them before and had no problems. And about this DVD Cloner II program? I already bought it before I knew about this forum. I forgot to tell something. When I try to uninstall Nero, I have some message that I could NOT complitly uninstall this program...

Go here for Nero clean tools:

    http://ww2.nero.com/us/Clean_Tools.html

    I want you to D/L
    1. DVDDecrypter (newest version)
    2. DVDShrink
The guides are at the top of this thread.

The reason for this is I want to make sure you can burn a DVD. Please use a RW disk so you do not waste a good blank media.
Have you updated the firmware for the Pioneer 108?
Since you stated that you can watch the movie on the computer I am leaning more to the program is screwed up.

I'll try that. The problem is that I'm on different computer and that's why I could NOT make it now. I also tried "System Restore" option but it did NOT help.

    Thanks Car.Mike,
I think I found solution. I uninstall Nero again, got the new/old one. And now I'm using Nero for burning. DVD Cloner II -> just for recording the real DVD to hard drive.
    Thanks again.
