Go to your county courthouse! You can vote every year, there are actually other things to vote on like government officials for your city, county, state, there's questionnaires - who cares right - I vote though, it's gay, I know. Oh, and if anybody's wondering Giuliani and Hillary Clinton are the favorites to win in '08 - Giuliani with an edge last time I checked.
