    did you go into user installation do a power scan start 290.000 and finsh at 403.000 with a symbol rate of 6.887 thats for n*l dublin just press ok then

    Same here. I updated the firmware no bother (though I forgot to keep the channel dump... doh!), then when I turned on I still had to put in the latest keycodes. I've a terrible feeling it'll just go again when N*L change the keys again.

    Hi again. Can anyone answer my earlier post? After updating the Eurovox software, which seems to have gone OK, should I have to enter a new key for N*L, and will this then work for the foreseeable future?

    Yes version 2800 onwards,(this version seems the most stable), you will find all you need in Eamos FTA Library at the bottom of my post.

    im a bit late with this update, but when i try to update my firmware which is currently 10/4 with 18/4 it says that it is unfit for my reciever and just does a system reset
    any help?

    Hi, just opened up my Eurovox and I definitely have a clone. I originally thought I had a Eurovox Blue. Can you confirm that the latest firmware is no good for clones.

    Or you can get it from Eamo@s Library as the link is getting heavy traffic - it's in Eurovox folder then firmware and is 4th file down.

    Sorry, but i need help. I updated my firmware the other week but updated to 10/4/08 and not 21/04/08. I used my daughters pc to do this. Now i need to update to the latest version but i am having to use a USB to RS232 converter. Problem is it doesnt seem to recognise the port and stays on "Waiting for a response from receiver". Do i need to configure the port and if so how? sorry to be a pain, ive tried googlin the info and looking on here but cant find it.

    Think I will take it back to daughters pc to sort it. are these the correct steps?

    1 save channel data files to pc
    2 update box with newest firmware
    3 upload channel data files back to box
    4 connect box back up to tv

    do i need to scan again or would this mess up all my channels?
