hi all, please be gentle with me, as this is my first post, and not getting flamed for my question would be nice ;P
I'm trying to convert a divx to dvd, when i play the divx everything is fine, when i convert it to dvd format with VSO divx-dvd this is where my problems start, it converts, then i go to play the dvd and the audio is waaaaayyyyy outta sync.
I've used nandub to delay the audio with no joy, i've searched on here, but everything i've found relates to audio being out of sync on a divx, which mine isnt, as i said my sync probs start AFTER conversion to dvd.................HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Dear smokbelch,
No one is going to get tough with you 'cos this is a problem quite commonly shared around here. To put the long story short, you may try:
    1) Use a video fixer (e.g. DivFix) to fix the errors of the divx first, then try transcoding with VSO again; and/or
    2) Use a video converter (e.g. X Video Converter) to change the codec of the avi (set video to XviD [i.e. no change], and audio to Mpeg Layer 3), then try VSO again.
    Good luck!
