how to transfer mp3s and pics to v710 via bluetooth

i just got a v710 and havent found much info on it and need help!!! i have tryed mpt but it dont come up with the media centure can someone plase help

I hope your phone is not with verizon. I read a review at cnet that basically said verizon has limited the bluetooth function to only operate a wireless headset.
