Ok, i followed Xx360xX's tut on bridging, but it doesnt cover eveything. I have eveything connected correcty, and i succefully Bridged my computer to my xbox, ect. I even downloaded the recomened Programs in his TUT. They are Zone Alert, and CommView. i opened up CommView and saw evryones IP's.
BUT his TUT didnt acculy cover how to boot ppl:(

So what im going to ask is, how do i boot ppl using CommView, ect?

I know this forum gets this topic alot, but at least im not asking how to set up ur Bridge or what ever it is...

So if Some one could help, i would appreciate it( Spelling )

PS: Also when i open up Zone Alarm, and turn the Trusted Zone Security to high, it seems to lag me out! and i cant get on XBL with it on high. So I gotta Keep it on Low...

    Why is this?

trusted zone is set to medium, internet is set to high, and the only way to boot someone is to bridge someone that is bridging as well, you bridge him host, and like you putting his ip in trusted zone, he puts the other teams in blocked and ultimately boots them from the game.

No, that cant be right. weve played against a bridger and he booted all of use from the game! none of us were bridging at the time....

he was bridging another person with zonealarm and commview host, the host then uses his zonealarm to block your ips, instead of adding them to the trusted list, he blocks them, blocking your ip, lagging your connection, and ultimately dropping you from the game. if you can't connect to the host, common sense says you drop from the game. trust me.....

but cant you just get the players ip's and put them in zone alarm as blocked? or does that only work if your host?

Also....my xbox is connected to a router as I do not have two ethernet ports in the back of my computer. How can I set up the bridge when it is like this? I dont have wireless and my router does not have a USB port.

you might not have been host. That's probably the easiest explanation. You have to be host, then block their IP, and it should work.

Edit: you also need Xbox Live's and Bungie's IP in the trusted section as well

No, i had host, but whast this about Xbox Lives and Bungies IP? i saw two IP's in the TUT that he said to ad to trusted zone, but he said u should see them when ur in Comm View, but i dont....they are. 207.46.246.6 and 65.59.232.6

    Are those it?

So if i ad those, i wont get lagged out when i put someones IP in the trusted Zone?

the ips have changed after the update, whenever m$ did the upgrade, they also switched servers, changing there ip, in commview before the update, i had 3 ips from bungie/m$, now i only get one. you HAVE to be host to boot people from the game, and it is as easy as adding a ip to your list and setting it to block instead of trusted

I did add them to my blocked zone, and i was host. when i did that it lagged me out of the game. if i add bungeis and m$'s IP's to teh trusted zone will that fix my problem?

And how do i know what the IP's are? I see like 5 in CommView...
