Hello. New to the site. Looks like alot of info and help to be had here. I have a daughter that loves Harry Potter movies. She is rough on them though. I decided to back up my copy of HP "The Chamber of Secrets." I am using Nero 6 with DVD43. Would not copy saying error "redundency check"? Something like that. I also tried DVD X Copy Platinum with no success. I then downloaded "Patin-Couffin" by recomendation and it still will not copy. Same error message appears at 36% of Nero reading from disc. Is there something else I need? I have the other 2 HP movies copied and they worked fine using this method, without "Patin-Couffin". Thanks for your help.

I assume you mean Cyclic Redundancy Error? That usually means that the disc is dirty but here is a thread that will explain it in more detail and with more solutions than "just clean the disc".
